Okay, so I have had lots of problems with incontinence. Mostly when I laugh or do treatments and cough. So I have been doing those Kegel exercises, but still I feel like I either have to sit on my foot all the time, or run to the bathroom at a moments notice. Any advice? Or is this just the way... -
