Everyone who has had Genetic testing for Diagnose of CF. Can you tell me, Do you have to have one of the Mutations in The Common CF Mutations (125) of these and probable one of the other mutations to be diagnosed with CF?? Would love to hear what mutations you where diagnosed with and if this was not the case for your diagnose. If you had to have a full panel of the 1800 mutations with no common mutations did you still get a diagnose.
I thought I was getting a full genetic panel, of the 1800. Been told you have to have one of the Common Mutations to be diagnosed. Dr only ordered the 125 panelfor me and would love to know what other people have gone through.
