Incessant throat clearing & voice loss

I know exactly how you feel! That feeling has plagued me for years!
I hate it and I constantly feel like I'm annoying the people around me, but what can I do?
Have you gone to see an ENT? You may actually have polyps, I had them and got them removed and the throat clearing has improved somewhat.
    Good luck!

hello. I have noticed this too, and I also lose my voice every once-in-a-while. I just try to rest it, drink a lot of water and hot tea or hot coco. One thing I did want to mention is in response to AmyMaz comment. I am not trying to say that this is wrong at all. If it works, and it's ok with you doctor, great, but to the original post, I would talk to you doctor and make sure it is okay with them to cut out all milk products. I know my doctor encourages me to drink as much milk as possible for the Vitamin D. As everyone probably already knows, osteoporosis can happen in CF patients, especially when they get older. Again, I am not saying that this is wrong. Just make sure it's okay with your doctor first. Good luck!
