i would share information use lemon tea and honey it is very good for sore throat i personally try it very helpful

Some home remedies for sore throat:

* Put 1 tablespoon of salt in a glass of lukewarm water and do gargle, at least 4-5 times a day.

* You can also have 1 spoon of honey mix with ginger juice. But it should be taken once a day because it’s very strong.

* Instead of water you can do the gargling with betadine or even vodka. They are best in killing bacteria.

* Hot lemonade mix with honey relieves the pain quickly.

These were some home remedies for sore throat. For more information please visit my website http://sorethroatremediess.com/

This is how i personally feel,For the sake of flu or cough and stuff that happens with the throat i guess any sort of medication isn't necessary.
The only thing that should be done is remedies,Because that have no side effects and they are normally completely natural because these are the viruses or disease that goes with the time,So medications should be avoid for that and the preference should be remedies,Liking your highlight.

Here i would like to high light a home remedy which is extremely effective for strep throat. This remedy seems to be better than what you will get from doctors.
Steps :

> Take a table spoon of honey and take Quarter tea spoon of cayenne pepper .
Mix them together.
> After they are mixed.Take 3-5 clots of garlic .
> Greed it down over the paste and mix them together.

Thank you for your sharing. We all have had sore throat many times in our life because of many reasons like allergies, dry air, and outdoor pollution, as well as illnesses like the common cold, flu, etc. Actually, people often prefer home remedies rather than antibotics to get rid of it. For my own experience, I used honey to cure sore throat. I drank warm lemon water mixed with honey on a daily basis and I feel better immediately. Sore throat disappeared only in few days.
If you have any of the following, let's go to doctor:
Sore throat that lasts longer than 1 week
Difficulty swallowing or breathing
Excessive drooling (young children)
Temperature higher than 100.4 °F
Pus on the back of the throat
Rash
Joint pain
Hoarseness lasting longer than 2 weeks
Blood in saliva or phlegm
Dehydration (symptoms include a dry, sticky mouth; sleepiness or tiredness; thirst; decreased urination or fewer wet diapers; few or no tears when crying; muscle weakness; headache; dizziness or lightheadedness)
Recurring sore throats
