Been getting lots of low blood sugars and its scary when it happens!
After you eat, check your blood sugar 30 minutes after you start to eat and 1 hour afterwards and then 2 hours afterwards. If your bloodsugar is high (especially 200+) at those times, you could be doing the spike and drop thing with your blood sugar, which may also make your A1C come out... -

I don't take enzymes with my NAC. I believe it is simply absorbed, not in need of being digested. I could be wrong, as my digestive issues are not too bad, but I don't remember anyone else saying they take enzymes with it, either...I do notice a difference- less inflamation and more energy- so... -
