    Couch to 5K

    Ok I just started the Couch to 5k program. Finished my first day and felt like crap! My wife said I was very red, and my lips looked very white and thin. I was wondering if this was an O2 thing. If so is there some place I can get a good Pulse Oximeter? Thanks in advance! Steve
