    Snow shoveling

    I sent my DD out to shovel snow. I know I was in a sweat after only 10 minutes and we were out there for 45 mins or so. I'm thinking this could replace her vest therapy for at least one session a day similar to when she has soccer or lacrosse. thoughts?
