Doc was in this afternoon and said things are looking good. She has been bringing up mucous with every cough. Last night she had the pencil eraser size clot of old blood, and today she had a fresh blood streak in the mucous. Just once, though.
The results of her glucose tolerance test came back. NORMAL!!! YAY! For once, the 'they want to talk to you about it tomorrow' wasn't bad news!!
As for the mickey button, they are watching her weight this week and will make the decision based on whether she gains weight this week. And since she came in this past Monday, and tomorrow is Friday, the decision might not be made until Monday when she's been here for a week.
