Ugh, so I'm waiting for the new Pari Proneb Ultra II to start acting up based on these posts. We use a devilbiss pulmoaid, which can also be used for pulmozyme and tobi for the morning CPT/Vest treatment. Keep it in our room and DS sleeps thru that one since I start it at 5:45. Even that one has some issues -- it's loud 'cuz the cover which you flip open to access the hose rattles during treatments and it's rather bulky. The first one we had started growling at us and then the fan sounded like it was sticking. We have an older model (14 years old), which we got from DH's cousin and it still works like a charm even though it's just as bulky We use it at my inlaws lake home when we visit for the day.
