Help with Prescription for Kalydeco off-label

If anyone could share any tips, advice or articles that helped them get Kalydeco off label I would really appreciate it. And thanks to everyone who already responded - especially Stephen, JRicci and Aboveallislove!

I have a residual function mutation and am trying to get insurance approval for the drug.
