OK SO I WANNA GET SIX PACK ABS BUT MY CF MAKES ME BLOAT 24/7 SO MY QUESTIONS ARE
1. WHEN I FLEX WOULD I STILL BE ABLE TO SEE MY ABS?
2. WHAT EXERCISES SHOULD I DO TO GET SIX PACK ABS?
3. HOW LONG UNTIL I DO GET SIX PACK ABS?

Pilates and Zumba will add significantly to your core strength. I can't promise the visual six pack. I see people in these classes who are strong as heck, but the muscles are covered with fat. They look awesome and are powerful though.
I started out skinny and with a flabby stomach that I could not pull in for more than a few seconds. I had overdeveloped upper abdomen cough muscles, but less muscles lower down, on my sides and in my lower back. Now my back, sides and stomach are pretty ripped. My coughing is more efficient now too. People often say, "Bless You" when I cough because they think I have sneezed. I think it is b/c I can generate a bunch of power (and goo noise) with one cough. That might be coincidental though.
I do 3 hrs a week and I have no idea how long it took. I am about to start year three of being a bit of a gym rat.
Okay, I just saw that you are a 15 yr old BOY. Well, you have to decide your priorities--abs and possible guy-embarrassment...
There are only a few men in my pilates and zumba classes. Pilates is completely asexual, but guys tend to think they can't do it. With regards to Zumba, guys modify some of moves, like for belly-dancing, to be more dude-ly. The hip hop, regaeton and salsa components are not feminine by nature.

As a cfer we are told to eat high calorie/high fatty foods but I have found out that my body cannot handle that. When I eat high fatty foods it always makes me more bloated, it dose not matter how many enzymes I take. I have been struggling with the same thing you are right now and although I don't have answers (sorry!) I can say that cutting down your fat intake will make a difference. I use to think b/c I had cf I could eat whatever I wanted but that's just not true for me. Bottom line, when you eat foods that mess with your stomach you will be more bloated :/ I really hope this helps, stay strong and hang in there! I wish you all the best God Bless

Hi...

I think the girls did a great job with suggestions. My suggestion would be to focus on first and foremost being healthy and strong and the rest will come.

Eating clean and healthy foods will help with your bloating-staying away from high sodium, high unhealthy fat processed foods. Also getting enough quality nutrients.

Staying active and creating a demand for your body to respond and work by doing what you love will help your body overall-not just your abs.

If you really want those abs make smart food choices and train with purpose- and they will come. Good luck! Anything is possible-take action and believe

My best,
Dottie

My ab workout here --- > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkKCVCZe474 and when you conquer that move on to the lvl 2! It took me about 3 weeks to see 'results' doing this 4 times a week... meaning I wasn't as sore after and started to see some muscle.

Nutrition for me - especially when working out means so much more food! remember that your muscles need to repair after you work out, so don't just eat more day of or after a workout. I find the best diet for me at the moment is fish for protein - light and easy to digest. pasta for carbs (you can put whatever you want on it) , lots of fruit and veggies both fresh, cooked, or even V8 when your not hungry. I recently can't digest milk, or cheese, so i have turned to soy, 'silk' brand in particular has as much if not more nutritional value although half the calories : ( Currently with my running and exercise routine I am putting away at least 3000 calories a day and even more during long run periods.

hope this helps!
