I haven't been able to get rid of my MRSA, but I have been able to stay out of the hospital and maintain a great lung function. My key? (No surprise here). Exercise! I don't have a vest, but I have turned into a pretty serious runner over the past few years when I realized it was a non-negotiable.

Here's that I do: 3-4 times a week I run outside for an hour. That's it. No magic formula. I find that doing this, makes a huge difference in the rest of my life. I'm much more cleared out, sleep better, and have more energy. By some weird thing I find that when I take running seriously I also eat better. Which again provides nothing but benefits.

Good luck!
