Manuka Honey treatment for Psuedomonas

I am desperate for something to treat my heavy psuedomonas infection. Cipro, none of the conventional antibiotics work anymore because it's grown resistance against it so I'm constantly getting chronic infections. I did some research and read Manuka Honey is supposed to help battle infections. I read it helps against psuedomonas in wound infections, but also in LUNG infections. It's expensive for a small jar-but I'm trying it. I'm desperate to feel better. Anyone else heard or tried this honey?

Manuka honey is for MRSA in general and forms of gram positive bacteria. Pseudomonas is a gram negative bacteria it will have little help. Take a look at Haritaki instead, it has amazing Pseudomonas fighting ability. Here's a good blog I ran across http://incomudroxcf.blogspot.com/2012/03/terminalia-chebula-haritaki-pseudomonas.html you may also find http://incomudroxcf.blogspot.com/2012/01/bodybuilding-and-pseudomonas.html helpful. They haven't posted in a while but I keep checking back! It's an excellent blog.

I too am looking to try some different things to combat the profuse levels of pseudomonas i've had for 18 months now. I have not heard of either of these products but they sounds interesting. Is the haritaki hard to come by? Thanks.

have any of you tried Flavon products - my daughter has been using it since over two years - and she is considreed to be in great condition. Anyway - it's worth alittle reading about flavonoids...they are available in US since this year

My daughter's doctor put her on nebulized colistin, 75 miligrams. She is on a 6th month straight protocol to try to eradicate. I know of another who alternates tobi/colistin every other month....
