Other uses for the vest

Has anyone ever used their vest for anything other than what it is prescribed for? I have and it works great for muscle pains in the legs. I have done this many times in the past and last night i was wondering if anyopne else has used the vest for anything other than for clearance?
I would wrap it around as tightly as i can around my leg and put the pressure up as high as it would go and frequency as low as it would go and it felt great and actually relieved the pain.
I have the regular vest ( that looks like a bullet proof vest) and i have the chest vest. Both work well.
Last night i had pain in my right leg and could not get comfortable enough to sleep so i brought the vest next to the recliner where i was trying to sleep hooked it up and it actually lulled me off to sleep. When i turned it off i slept like a baby.

Those are pretty good applications..and yes, the vibration will get the blood circulating, too! I'd just be carefull about increasing the pressure too high...there might be a warning in the Instruction Manual in regards to the item not being under warranty if used outside its intended use

Other than that, I'd probably wanna try it too..if I had one

I have never thought about it, but that is similar to SCD's (Sequential Compression Device) used in hospitals, which help blood flow and help to prevent blood clots. Interesting...lol
