Running!

I just started running on my treadmill a few weeks ago. Today I ran for 18 minutes straight-I was so proud of myself. Tomorrow I want to try and build that up to 20 minutes!

I do a 3-4 minute warm up and cool down walk. The exercise is great for me and I am hoping it will help my lungs as well!

Awesome job! I'm a certified personal trainer and I've coached a lot of people on running form. Running that long on a treadmill is a great accomplishment for someone without a lung disease! Keep it up!

Thanks! I am now running 5ks...well-I can't run the whole thing-but probably can run about 2-2.5 miles.

I also did my first triathalon over the summer-it was scary but it turned out great!

Yes of course exercise is great to improve the heart health it will help to cure form the all lung problems.
You should do the running and jogging in open environment rather than on treadmill. Morning time is the best to get more help from the exercise.
