Sudden change in blood sugars

The past few week my sugars have run higher than normal especially my morning sugars. I have been eating pretty much the same as normal. All of a sudden I got up other other morning and my sugars are back to normal. The past few weeks they have been running 112-125) and they are back down to the 90's (IN THE MORNING).
The only change I have made is... I am done with cardiac rehab. THANK GOODNESS!! My eating hasn't changed and my meds are the same. I thought at first it was the Serevent.
Even my day time sugars are much more under control.
I am back to my regular physical activities and I am trying to get my arthrtis under control.
Can overexhurtion cause sugars to go up?? Are my sugars back to normal because my body isn't under stress?? Are my thoughts in the right direction or is it something different that I am not thinking of???

Perhaps your body was stressed....when under stress, it produces more natural steroid (corticosteroids) which can raise sugars.. So maybe the added stress did it, but I am just speculating. I have found that my sugars have done that at times as well, they will be nearly perfect and then start to swing all over. I think that maybe the pancreas is producing variable amounts of insulin, sometimes it is enough, while other times, it doesn't cover all of the carbs resulting in highs....again, speculating <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
