supposedly they were supposed to start making phone calls today to see who might qualify. i added my name to the list and i'm hoping to get a phone call back from them. i still would like to know what their definition of critical disease is.

From what I am aware of, critical condition means that there are no other treatment options available that are working. The patient has exhausted all available treatment options, antibiotics are not as effective, and fall below a certain FEV1 (below 50%), are hospitalized several times a year, and transplant is imminent.
That would mean critical to me.
