Hi everyone,
My son has always been a puker, but when he started walking the vomiting decreased greatly. Well lately it has increased but only during certain times. My son has a g-tube and gets four bolus feed a day and most days after his third feed he vomits.
Before the vomiting started up again we had switched his neb and vest to before his third feed, but know it doesn't matter what time he get the vest and neb, he vomits after that third feeding.
he also gets his prilosec before the third feed.
A while back he starting doing this and we switched his prilosec from before his fourth feed to before his third feed and that stopped the vomiting.
Now I have no idea what we can do to stop this, but spending 35-45 minutes doing a feeding to have him vomit the entire feeding up in less then 30 seconds is quite disheartening.
I hope someone might have some ideas.
TIA
Carey
