I was able to stay on all of my medications during pregnancy. I heavily rely on my maintenance antibiotics (Cayston, tobra, colistin) to stay healthy, so I was not willing to come off them during my pregnancy. The pregnancy risk category for antibiotics is typically a D (I believe), but that is when they are given intravenously, not inhaled. So taking the antibiotics inhaled is much less of a risk than any other way because it's not going directly into the bloodstream where the baby can be affected. But you have to weight the benefits versus the risks for you personally and do your research.
