I am just wondering what everyone ones does for their workouts. I personally am in the gym 5 days a week with weight training. Just wondering if there are any gym junkies like me here...
I cycle about 5 times a week and add weights 2-3 times a week in the winter. I really enjoy weight lifting-it gives me a feeling of control over my body and quick results.
I lift 3-4 times a week, and cycle about 160 miles a week - I commute to work on my bike, and ride with a cycling club on the weekends. I try to run twice a week as well. I ran competitively in high school and college. I definitely agree with Lisa about the feeling of control...

Its nice to hear that others love to exercise I think that exercise is one of the main contributors as to me staying healthy. Its my way of releasing any aggression that I may have as well which is a good thing.
