hi everyone!i'm new at the forum and i'd like to know where are you from(if you don't mind!) just because i'm really curious to see how "popular"is CF around the world..<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0">while reading the messages all these days i've seen that most of you know each other!i mean i see the same names many times..that's great guys!!so i'd be pleased if you told me where are you from,just to learn more about my "future"friends! thanks!<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

i discovered it last month!well,to be honest i knew there was a site about CF but i didn't know it was so well organized.so how's life in Massachusetts?regarding CF of course..how your schoolmates treat you?because i had a problem with that..well it's over now-am at the university- but i still remember it.

Massachusetts is nice...finally feels like spring... the red sox are doing so-so...
My schoolmates treat me normally. Like, a lot don't even know, but the one's who do (anyone from my fifth grade class pretty much, since I announced it to them all during a health class, and sixth grade, b/c I wrote and read an essay about my diagnosis) don't mention it or treat me differently b/c of it. I guess the worst thing that ever happened was 4th grade, some jerk kept teasing me b/c my teeth were a bit discolored from meds I took when I was younger (before I was diagnosed). But that all worked out, with a bit of poetic justice: HIS two front teeth were knocked out with a baseball, and he wears dentures now!
Do you live in Greece or were you born there and moved away? What university do you go to? I would love to go to Harvard! Or maybe study abroad!
Is it that you can't think of a nickname or you don't know how to get it on the forum?

hey Katie! well,that's revenge!! the problem with the nickname is that i can't get it on the forum,i don't know the way<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> i was borned in Greece and i still live here.i'm studying pedagogics,i'm gonna be teacher at primary school!what exactly you want to study?well whatever it is, the most important is to love it and also..don't give up your dreams because of CF..



p.s sorry for my english but it's still a foreign language!(hmm...although i've got all the certificates) and also<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">o you really know where Greece is?honestly!!
