Check out my favorite organization: http://cfanorthdakota.com/I grew up in near Ekalaka, MT. I left for college in Bismarck in the fall of 1989. I got married in 1991, Erica was born in 1992, finished college (U of Mary) in 1994, started working for the state of North Dakota in 1995. My parents moved to Bismarck in 2002 when Dad started having ALS/Lou Gehrig symptoms. Dad passed away 1/6/6. We were able to keep him at home right up to the end. It was quite a life experience ... I was able to reconnect with my Dad after years of not spending any quality time together. I was able to take care of him after all the years of him taking care of me growing up.Mom still lives here. She travels some, and is even venturing into the internet. Recently she met a man on e-harmony and they've become constant companions. In late 2009, ND Department of Human Services terminated me. I'm still not exactly sure why. The letter said I was inconsistent and lacked interpersonal skills. Anyone who knows me knows the interpersonal skills is pure bull. Personally, I feel that being fabulous most of the time and adequate once in a while is not the sort of inconsistency to fire someone over, but... I didn't get to choose. I started at Wal-Mart 16 days later. (Black Friday was my second day on the floor) I LOVE it! The starting wages are not terrible and the work is simple and I feel appreciated. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a job.Erica is my pride and joy! Check out her profile. She's a loving, creative, gifted young woman. Quite often she is more mature than either of her parents.Of course, there's Barry. Where would this whole story be without him. He loves me to no end. I find that incredible! He is a great guy who puts up with all my bad habits. He's also the best Dad ever (after mine, of course).
