~I am Harriett, mom of 3. Emily is 11 and was diagnosed with CF in 2008. Timothy is 13, Shawn is 15 and was diagnosed with CRMS in Dec.2011. Emily has one copy of df508, her 2nd mutation has not yet been identified. Shawn also has one copy of df508, whether he has the second mutation is not known at this time. His diagnostic testing has been very inconclusive.
