I'm currently at Miller Childrens in Long Beach and my doctors are excellent..I don't know about all of them, but I know that a few of them also treat adults. I don't know where they stand on the eFlow, though.

I definitely think it's different for everyone. I live in Southern California, so it definitely is warm here and when it gets cold it's not TOO cold. The ideal for me is 70s. It gets hot in the summer and it's dry for the most part, and on days like those I'm just exhausted. I like warm weather...

Swimming definitely is one of the best exercises, but I'd be worried about mold or something. My doctor discourages me from swimming in indoor pools aswell as public pools because of the risk of pseudmonas
