It could be just your lungs sticking to your chest wall. Ur pleura gets moved around and sometimes it sticks. Happens to me ALL the time. Sometimes lasting a very long time. I try to hold my breath, that sometimes seems to help. If not well i would see a doc.

U should replace them every 6 months even if you clean them. Their efficiancy is no longer there. They are not very expensive and I know Pari will send you a new one every 6 months. Hope this helps
