    Vest study results

    I use my Vest 3 x a day and my PEP all through out the day. Anytime I feel congestion building I grab the PEP. I love both of these things.

    lowest lung function

    My baseline is around 40%, although since being on Kalydeco I now run at a 55% baseline. My lowest was 28% no oxygen. I am 6 foot and weigh 190lbs.

    Vitamin D deficiency

    I take 5,000 units daily every morning with my breakfast. My last vitamin D level was just right. I absorb the D only if I take it with a full meal and with my enzymes.

    I really enjoyed every book by Tami Hoag. She writes to keep you from putting down the book. She is a romance and thriller writer..
