I gained about 5 pounds over the 4 weeks of Phase 2 VX-809/Kalydeco. No idea if it was improved pancreatic function, or because I was burning fewer calories on airway clearance.

My consent forms came in the mail for this yesterday. My screening is in early May, should be starting the Phase 3 trial within 4 weeks after that.

I have a slight addiction to video games, so I just keep my equipment next to the computer... that way I can stay entertained for the hour or so for treatments! Works pretty well. If I have to travel, it's really hard to get motivated though.
