I noticed that all of you speak highly of hypertonic. I will second that also. It does encourage my granddaughter to cough, which helps and clears. I also noticed that it very helpful for the d508; which seems to be the mutation with this group. My grandaughter is also DD508.

yes, she nebs it twice a day. They seem to think it helps alot. Even when she starts a cold; they up her treatments; which seems to help too. Yes, I also agree to check to see if she is culturing anything first.

I wonder if its worth mentioning to your doctor about starting Hypertonic Saline. Almost everyone one here who uses it says it has greatly helped them. My granddaughter uses it (she is 20 months old) since she is 3 months old; and it helps.
