I had my nose fixed during my last sinus surgery. It was not a septum but my nose right between my eyes (and a touch below that spot). I didn't have any extra pain. I was a bit more puffy in the face for a little bit longer than normal. I only used Tylenol for the pain.

I just started oxgyen at night due to desatting. It was scary for me too but now that I have been on it a few weeks I LOVE IT. Until I got the creap and crude that I have now... I was enjoying the new found energy and feeling more alert throughout the day.
