What Ethan says is pretty much correct. Obviously the amount of enzymes needed varies from person to person. If i ate one cookie, i'd take 1-2 enzymes.. depending on the cookie. Any time there's fat involved (and i also read on here that any time there's protein involved (which i never knew))...
