Hill-rom does not have a lifetime warranty. I know first hand. I went with the SmartVest system. Light. One hose. Quiet. Small company. I love it. Travel case is great..check them out.

My Smartvest has one hose...and no buckles...only velcro...since I also have RA. I am probably older than you but again the weight of it was bad for me. So I appreciate the feedback of those who use it...not a sales pitch. Thanks

We have the smartvest...and love it. The one hose is much better...and the vest is comfortable. We just got upgraded to the new smaller device which has all the bells and whistles. Doing 2 treatments X 30 min a day with ramp feature. Could not be happier.

Hi there...sorry for your problems...that is why I changed to the smartvest years ago...one hose...no hooks on the hose and it twists in...and their customer service is available 24/7 ...I always can contact someone...but never have had to...in the meantime use another type of airway...

BTW HR does not have a lifetime warrenty on their products...believe me. Also, If you have had your vest for over a certain amount of time your insurance may cover another device...with lifetime warranties....

Hi there. Try another vest...the one with the hose at the bottom. I think its the Smartvest..it does not bang as hard...but gets the job done...and has velcro so my arthritis is not a problem. Hope that helps.

it only comes in a few sizes and I dont think its good. there is a smaller smartvest out there...anyone seen it.
