Try looking into a portable AC unit they are free standing and don't need a window.

Could also mean that not all practice it.

Admittedly I have been lucky with my hospitalizations, 1 hospitalization 14 years ago and 2 home cleanouts since.  So I may be a little naive in that area, but I still haven't seen anything but the concern and help from my doctor at Kaiser.

Has anyone heard anything from the CFTR clinical trials beyond the standard press releases?  I am curious to hear if any of these have any real promise and how well they actually worked.

I'm not going to say you're wrong, but from personal experience I have not seen that.  I have experienced just the opposite, like I said my doctor has practically forced me to switch meds and put me new ones.  He actually had my old doctor call me to convince me to take tobi and .pulmozyme...

Yes, he's in the clinic with Dr allison and Lieberthal, I don't think he's exclusively adult but I've never asked either.  If my Doctor from Boston Children's Hospital recommended him, imo he's highly recommended.

That isn't true Amy, it's not incentive based, My doctor has been trying to get me to go on meds I really don't want to take.  Kaiser is good you just need to find right primary care doc, my wife went through 6 before she found someone she liked.
