    I know it sounds bad, haha But i just eat yogurt [ go gurt actually cause it tastes so much better, lol] but i try not to worry about the EXACT ones i need to take in, I take my vitamins everyday, && eat pretty healthy, so i try not to stress over it. I'm not on any anti-biotics so i guess i...

Do you cough with your mouth open, like most of us do, but dont mean to, -- If you tongue is able to be stretched out, you are more likely to be able to gag/ dry heave... my mom always yelled at me saying " keep it in your mouth!!
