Im 21 and i have struggled with weight my whole life, it's so hard to put on pounds no matter how much i eat.... the past few years I've found the only real thing that works is eating HOME COOKED FOOD, not to go out to much, snack!.... i too like healthy foods rather than real fatty oily food...
