Please give me some advice. My sinuses and lungs are so inflamed, and it's really uncomfortable. I can feel mucus rattling around in there, but the airways are squeezed shut above it, so coughing does nothing. I don't want steroids, and I get hemoptysis when I take ibuprofen. What can I do?
