24hr hand purifier? Anybody familiar with this Qore24 or Amosil-Q?

I just heard an ad on the radio yesterday advertising Qore24, a 24-hour hand purifier, creating a barrier that mechanically destroys pathogens on contact, including MRSA. I just ordered some. And did some googling to try to find something discrediting or verifying it's effectiveness, couldn't find anything besides from the manufacturer, but it is FDA approved and sounds legit. Has anyone heard of this? I'd think this would be a Huge deal, especially for the medical world, HIV, CF and transplant patients even more so. I did a little more searching and it seems there's at least one other product doing something similar. Just wondering if anybody has any more knowledge or experience with this. I wish it was out 4 years ago, I probably wouldn't have contracted MRSA. Link to website is below.
