help after the baby is born
I will have various people visiting in the first 6 weeks that are all very helpful people. Starting at around 6 weeks through 12 weeks, my child's nanny will come 2 days a week. I will have her doing housework, cooking prep and errands mostly. I feel those first 12 weeks are my time to bond with my son before returning to work and that for the most part he belongs in my arms. I choose this set up so that I can see her caring for my son and how she handles him and situations before I have to go back to work. If I don't like what I see I can always find someone else. I think it's a good idea that your thinking ahead about help.
Oh and you can do IV antibiotics also cipro while breastfeeding. Don't let a doctor tell you you have to give up bf'ing just because of anti's. Wanderlost has posted a book that discusses which drugs you can be on. I don't remember the name of the book at the moment.
