504 Plan suggestions

Ok, so this year, we're finally going to put together a 504 plan for Sean. I've got some ideas of what to include from our clinic but wanted to see what others have included in theirs. Any ideas/suggestions would be really appreciated.

It is a regulation in America that helps kids with disabilities. Bascially the parents, teacher, school adminstration, ect come together to develop a plan that will help the child succeed at school. Special situations are addressed, like bathroom privelages. They child cannot be punished for needing to use the bathroom during class time. Or the need for the child to have water at his/her desk. Even setting up tutors for when the child will be out for more than a couple of days.
