6 years post transplant TODAY!

I posted this on Facebook today but I know not everyone is involved with Facebook so I wanted to share it with everyone here as well! Today is my 6 year Transplant Anniversary date. I was transplanted when I was 15 years old. I'm now 21 years old

I'm very thankful for my donor and her families decision to donate her organs and save multiple lives! Please keep my donor and her family in your thoughts and prayers today. This day is precious to me but also painful.... Everyone, it's never too late to do what you want to do. Enjoy life while you still can. I'm happy and healthy. At this point I'm unstoppable!
