Okay, as I sit here typing it is SNOWING outside. Just 4 days ago it was 85 outside and everyone was planting flowers and cutting grass. Spring had sprung and I even pulled out shorts. Now it is snowing, what the heck is going on here in Kentucky???? If it keeps this up the horses will be running the derby in the snow. I'm sure it is not unheard of to have snow flurries this time of year, but not when it was just so nice a few days ago. My poor dog won't go out to pee because it is so cold. Guess I'll make hot chocolate!!!

We have a freeze warning with possible flurries here in NC. I was wearing shorts and flipflops just 4 days ago. Spring had sprung. Bees were flying, birds were chirping and flowers were blooming. It is crazy!!

Oh to see Scotland rain or shine is my dream. My husband and I have said that since we never got a real honeymoon that when the kids are grown we are going to Scotland and Ireland on our dream vacations, so one day I will visit your glorious homeland rain or not!!!<img src="i/expressions/sun.gif" border="0">

Think i'll make use of the freeze tonight. Buy the biggest lilly I can find, leave it outside all night and mist it with water every few hours. By morning I'll have an iced lilly to photograph<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> Sounds odd but always makes a nice image if it's cold enough.

Think i'll make use of the freeze tonight. Buy the biggest lilly I can find, leave it outside all night and mist it with water every few hours. By morning I'll have an iced lilly to photograph<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> Sounds odd but always makes a nice image if it's cold enough.

It snowed here between 7 and 9 this morning. I think it will be back to 70+ around Wednesday. Can someone give Mother Nature a Midol?
