there has been recent questions about this here, this is just to say that starting tonight, 14th nov, on BBC 1 there starts a six-part programme on the subject. The opening programme has a family with CF going through the process of PGD.

I know that this is primarilly for the UK here but I will look and see if I can get a link to it on.

PGD is where they take one or two cells from an embryo and test for a specific genetic disease.

I guess you could maybe find the BBC on the internet somewhere, it stands for British broadcasting corporation, the programme may well go out to other countries in due time.

I get BBC also and would love to watch this. It says it will be aired at 9pm. Would that be our time here in the USA? Or does our BBC broadcast a the same time?
