I like some people on an individual basis, but after years of being so closely associated with criminal justice (directly and indirectly), after seeing countless stories of horrible acts perpetrated on people, our children, and countless other beyond belief heinous acts, I find there is nothing that can piss me off anymore about the human race...I particularly can't stand horrible acts upon animals and babies/children...Just try to imagine yourself as either victim in this crime. "Any rape case is horrible but this takes it to another level, something you can't think of even in your worst dreams," police spokesman Ted White said.

According to the police report, a man knocked on the woman's door at about 9 p.m. and told her he had a flat tire. The mother and son, whom police have not identified, went outside and were ambushed by a group of gun-wielding suspects.

The victims told police they were forced back into their home and beaten and sexually assaulted. According to authorities, the men raped, sodomized and beat the woman, then forced her son to participate in the assault at gunpoint, making him have sex with his mother in front of them.

The boy was then beaten and had numerous household cleaning liquids poured into his eyes, according to the police report.

The suspects also stole a few hundred dollars worth of cash and jewelry, White said.

White said more arrests were pending, but he would not say if authorities had identified additional suspects. The teens in custody were not cooperating, but Lawson confessed to taking part in the attack, White said. Walker has denied involvement, White said.

DNA evidence in a condom found in the victims' home linked Lawson to the crime, police said. Investigators also say they found a palm print belonging to Walker at the scene.

The victims did not suffer life-threatening injuries and have been released from the hospital, White said.

"They're going through the county victim services for counseling," he said.

Lawson lived in Dunbar Village, the hardscrabble project where the attack occurred. Walker was apparently visiting a friend there, White said.

Authorities believe the suspects all knew each other from the neighborhood, but they don't think they knew the victims directly.

I read this and what a deep sadness it has left in my heart. What could bring teenagers to do such an inconceivable crime in the first place? More violence is not the answer. I do hope the mom and son can find healing and some peace. I am keeping all in prayer.

The answer is very deep...Broken families, no respect from anyone, no sanctity of life, everyone is enveloped in their own world, no one cares about anyone else, capitalism and the drive to become the richest kid with the best toys in the neighborhood has taken over everything. Add to that, massive poverty, and racial anger, well, you have everything you need for this story to become reality.


As for the "No need for further violence" aspect you stated, in my opinion, when you have 100000% shown you not only don't respect others and treat them worse than you would treat a dog turd, you need to be removed not only from the gene pool, but the human race also. Killing these turds wont bring back the previous lives of the victims, but it would let a message be known, if you act like something that is less than fungus, you will be regarded as something less than fungus. We have almost 7 BILLION people on earth now, our species won't miss 10 complete waste of space oxygen thieves. To me, once you show you are this big of a waste of genes, you need to be expeditiously removed. None of that hippy love crap needs to be displayed. Save our resources to help the victims, not to try and "rehab" the criminals, or try to figure out why they did what they did. If you have a school of fish 8,000,000 deep, there will be fish who think it is ok to stray away from the school, those fish get eaten/exploited. The human race is no different on it's very basic level, BUT, we are talking about aberant behavior.

If you have someone who (regardless why) displays total disregard for other peoples safety, security, respect, and general well being, not to mention flat out committing horrible crimes upon the law abiding decent folk amongst us, they need to be instantly removed. Personally I would love to see extended periods of torture from either the victims or the victims families, for as long as they can keep them alive and hopefully eventually satiate their vengeance. But that will never happen. You can only kill someone once, and never bring them back to be tortured then killed again by those seeking vengeance.

I'm a very lovey dovey mellow dude who has nothing but love for those deserving love around me, but if you have almost 7 billion people on earth, guess what? Many of those people will be complete wastes of space, and need to be culled from the herd. We no longer have physical predators like we used to, we now have stupidity and ourselves to patrol the others. I have absolutely no regard towards those who committed this crime, to be addressed as "human", or "people", they are very far from the sort.

Personally I would love to see extended periods of torture from either the victims or the victims families, for as long as they can keep them alive and hopefully eventually satiate their vengeance. But that will never happen. You can only kill someone once, and never bring them back to be tortured then killed again by those seeking vengeance.

I'm a very lovey dovey mellow dude who has nothing but love for those deserving love around me, but if you have almost 7 billion people on earth, guess what? Many of those people will be complete wastes of space, and need to be culled from the herd. We no longer have physical predators like we used to, we now have stupidity and ourselves to patrol the others. I have absolutely no regard towards those who committed this crime, to be addressed as "human", or "people", they are very far from the sort.

The answer is very deep...Broken families, no respect from anyone, no sanctity of life, everyone is enveloped in their own world, no one cares about anyone else, capitalism and the drive to become the richest kid with the best toys in the neighborhood has taken over everything. Add to that, massive poverty, and racial anger, well, you have everything you need for this story to become reality.


As for the "No need for further violence" aspect you stated, in my opinion, when you have 100000% shown you not only don't respect others and treat them worse than you would treat a dog turd, you need to be removed not only from the gene pool, but the human race also. Killing these turds wont bring back the previous lives of the victims, but it would let a message be known, if you act like something that is less than fungus, you will be regarded as something less than fungus. We have almost 7 BILLION people on earth now, our species won't miss 10 complete waste of space oxygen thieves. To me, once you show you are this big of a waste of genes, you need to be expeditiously removed. None of that hippy love crap needs to be displayed. Save our resources to help the victims, not to try and "rehab" the criminals, or try to figure out why they did what they did. If you have a school of fish 8,000,000 deep, there will be fish who think it is ok to stray away from the school, those fish get eaten/exploited. The human race is no different on it's very basic level, BUT, we are talking about aberant behavior.

If you have someone who (regardless why) displays total disregard for other peoples safety, security, respect, and general well being, not to mention flat out committing horrible crimes upon the law abiding decent folk amongst us, they need to be instantly removed. I could've sworn I had posted to this, but I must have been hallucinating! I wanted to say how sickening it was to read this..how cruel and sadistic! These people are not human (the perpetrators). Unfortunately, we are "civilized" and give them a "fair" trial, and a roof over their heads, food in their belly--hopefully for at least 30 yrs!
