ADEKs vs. Centrum

This is the first time I have ever heard of ADEKs. I've been on Centrum Forte now for years. Anyone know if there is a large difference in the two?

ADEK vitamins are the vitamins A, D, E, and K made into a water soluable form so they are easier to digest for cfers. Centrum vitamins do not make the vitamins water soluable.
