Hi i'm new to the forum but not to CF. My daughter is 4 and for the last few wk's she will not eat a lot for me, I have tried everything, she will not drink any milk drinks as she hate's them or any other fatty food's. Im getting to the the point of pulling out my hair as to what to do next. Any advice would be very welcome.

please note we live in Ireland and although we have SOME good medical advice on CF it could be UPDATED.

Many Thanks.

She should be able to tell you what she'd like to eat. Feed her what she'll eat, even if it's the same thing every day.

DS is such a picky eater -- he's 2 1/2. He likes spagettios (I sneak olive oil into it), he likes hamburger and fries & chocolate milk and he likes pancakes, peanut butter.... That's about it. Last night for supper he had two cartons of yogurt, carnation instant breakfast and some cheese slices shaped like Mickey Mouse. The night before he snacked on green olives.

He has his own snack cupboard which has peaches in heavy syrup, fruit snacks, crackers, pretzels... I try not to get stressed out by this, too. Easier said than done, but if you've done all you can, hopefully she'll eat when she's hungry or tell you she wants something. I used to stress 'cuz ds would only eat fruit and veggies -- low calorie stuff. But at least he was eating something.
