Amber had to have the left chest tube placed back in because the chest
x-ray showed fluid building up again. She was sedated & does not
remember anything. Also the tests for the bowel blockage came back
negative. The docs think her belly pain is coming from some of the meds. She
will re-start the tube feeds tonight. My sister Tanya is here for a
visit from Colorado & we are all having Easter dinner tomorrow (Amber's
dad also) since Amber is getting a pass from 3-7 pm. Amber loves steak
so that's what I'm making for us. Hopefully her stomach will be
feeling better & she will be able to eat. Her kidney's are still doing OK &
her lungs continue to work great! Your e-cards are very encouraging &
we have received so many get well cards. They are hanging all over her
room. Thanks for your thoughts & prayers. I will update again soon.
