As for the amount of ejaculation, there is honestly no way to tell from ejaculation amount if you are "infertile" but by the process of deduction, it is reasonable to arrive at the conclusion that one with a small amount of ejaculatory fluid might not have any sperm in the ejaculation. Most men with CF DO have a smaller ejaculation amounts, reason being that after a semen analysis, it is discovered that they have NO sperm in their ejaculation, only fructose (sugar) and some other sugars. Nothing to be ashamed of, embarassed by and I am saying this as a female. If you have no semen in your ejaculation, it doesn't mean you can't ever have kids, it just means that the sperm will have to be surgically removed and your partner will have to do In-vitro.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask them or email my husband and I if you feel more comfortable that way.
