Any G-tube travel hints

My daughter is bringing Grayson home on Monday, she now is having questions regarding traveling with the G-tube. She is on a continuous feed and wants to know how the rest of you do it. Liking visiting family, out to eat,,,etc....she knows that she won't be doing any of this soon but it will come up sooner than she thinks. Any help with G tube info will be greatful.

That's great news that Grayson is coming home!!!

My boys only do their g-tube feed at night (and they are grown up), but I can tell you it will get to be routine soon enough.
We have had cases of formula shipped to family when vacationing. We've packed suitcases full of bags, tubing and formula for the plane. We keep a backpack full of supplies in the car, some in my pocketbook, some at grandparents houses just in case. Our pump came with a backpack for traveling, maybe you can get one.

It seems overwhelming at first. Live with it for a while and it will seem easier. Please PM me if I can answer any questions.
