Anybody out there from Virginia

I am a 33 year old CFer. I have always wanted to know some people from Va w/ Cf. I knew of a few when I was younger but they have since then passed on. I also have a brother with CF but he lives in Ca. I am from Berryville Va. It is about 80 miles north of Richmond. And 45 miles west of Washingto DC. Id love to hear from you and know how close you are to me. It would be nice to know Im not alone in Va w/ CF.

We live about 90 miles south of Richmond. (Portsmouth, Va) My son is 3yrs old. I went to school with a CFer that stilll lives close by. My MIL works w/ a lady that her son has CF.

Brad here in fredsericks Va,

I am 1 of 4 siblings with Cf, Frank the oldest passed back in 72, He was 27.
My other brother who is now 58 , my younger sister is 42 , I just turned 49.

I noticed that you and your siblings have all lived past the life expectency of their time.
What mutations do you have and do you feel that you and/or your parents have done things that have really helped to keep you healthy?

I'm from Waynesboro, VA, which is about 30 min. west of Charlottesville in the Shenandoah Valley. My husband and I moved to Chattanooga, TN about 6 months ago and miss VA sooo much, we figure we'll move back eventually.

I'm not "from" Virginia, but did live in Harrisonburg for a year when Coors was building their canning facility in Elkton. 18 years ago...WOW. My daughter was born there and I miss VA too. I now live in Colorado, which I also love!

Wow! We lived in Crimora which is just south on 340 from the Coors plant. We used to drive by it all the time to go to Harrisonburg. What a small world! Wish I could move back. Ha Ha Sean, that's what they say!

I live in Fredericksburg, I am from about 60 north of F'burg just outside of Washington D C
I moved here about 15 years ago to get away from all the people and the traffic , lol
Both seem to have followed me.....
