Anyone on the WeeCare program?

We just got my daughter onto the WeeCare program which provides free Creon and Vitamax until her second birthday! Our first prescription fill came and we got six (6) bottles of creon (500 capsules)! Wow, that seems like a lot. My duaghter takes 1-2 capsules for a snack and 2-3 for each meal. Anyway, my question is with a shipment that large how often can you refill it? She'll turn 2 in six months, so I'd like to get one more refill before her birthday. But I'm wondering how long these are supposed to last? I'm not looking to take advantage of the system, but as long as she qualifies I'd like to make sure we get her meds filled.

If the prescription that went to WeeCare said it was for 3 months, you can at the least expect to be able to refill it near the end of that time regardless of how many you're actually using. You could also just call them and ask. My son was in the system as a tot and we had the same uncertainty...his Rx was written at about that quantity and was for 3 months so I just phoned in a refill every three months.
