Anyone out there with an Incourage Vest

In the last few months the front panel where we push the buttons on the machine has started to peel. It started bugging me when I looked at it. I thought this thing is not even a year old and it looks like junk. I called Resperitech this morning and they are sending us a new Vest Machine to replace it. I'm so impressed. I thought for sure it be a big hassle. They told me that they had some other complaints on it and it's better just to replace the entire machine...YEAH!


Thought I share incase there were others that have the same lil problem. It was just cosmetic. Never interfered with the vesting. I still love our sons INCOURAGE!

I have the InCourage vest too and have been very impressed with their customer service. I haven't had too many problems with my vest (I've had it about 5 years, so may be a different model than yours?), but also don't use it as often as I should...very happy w/ them though. Glad to hear they replaced yours so quickly/easily <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Ours did the same thing! I thought my OCD was just kicking in too strong because that was bugging me so much! Glad I'm not the only one. I think I will give them a call! Thanks for posting!

We had the same problem. I called and they shipped a new one within a week. They are so helpful and kind on the phone.

Us also! Also ours has a blue cover on the top that the blue paint has half chipped off! They were at our CF Education day a few weeks ago...I told the rep. about the paint....she said the new machines they are making right now don't even have the blue cover on them...they found it unneccesary. Also....for all you Incourage users with little girls....they will have PINK vests in 30-60 days! Zoe is almost ready to move to her new size...so we are waiting until the pink ones are ready.
I called about the peeling and paint a few days ago...they are sending us another machine also! They are an amazing company and we LOVE Zoe's Incourage !
